I am a Shreveport native, where I attended Caddo Magnet High School and Huntington High School.
A veteran of both the Army and Air Force, I've spent the last 20+ years working on every PC-based platform I could get my hands on, from the first TRS-80's (circa 1980), to DOS, Windows PCs, Windows and Linux servers, and beyond.
I have worked for some of the most respected companies in the high-tech industry in and around Silicon Valley, where I honed my skills and eventually secured a position as Information Technology Manager for a prestigious SF Bay Area design firm. When the company "reorganized" in 2003, the position I had held for years suddenly evaporated and I became a victim of outsourcing.
It was then I decided to return to Shreveport and offer my services to my old hometown.
Since then, my wife Paige and I have established ourselves as web developers, creating sites for the Museum of American Fencing, the US Fencing Hall Of Fame, Yogie and Friends Exotic Cat Santuary, LaGrone and Associates law firm, and many others.
Along with my wife, I created and manage WickedTickle.com, the ArkLatex's largest and most comprehensive entertainment guide and most lively online community. I'm also a volunteer for Yogie and Friends Exotic Cat Santuary, and work alongside the James Burton Foundation (specifically the James Burton International Guitar Festival) promoting early music education, and I am active in the local Shreveport music scene as a vocalist and songwriter.
